Request Form Up

I put up a request form hosted by myContactForm.com. So now you can start to make some requests for signatures, avatars or other graphics via the form. It's nothing special and sooner or later I might get around to putting up my own but for now this should do. I also built my own navigation bar at the top now with custom icons, I will slowly add more of a custom look to my blog and maybe redo the nav bar from time to time.
